1. Cancellation by the Customer

Tell us fast if you want to cancel. Your refund depends on when you cancel:

   - Over 30 days before the trip: You get all money back minus 10%.

   - 15 to 30 days before the trip: You get half back.

   - 7 to 14 days before the trip: You get a quarterback.

   - Under 7 days before the trip: You get nothing back.

2. Cancellation by Aatm Darshan

Surprise events might make us cancel a tour. You will get all your cash back. We will let you know quick and offer you a new tour or rebooking.

3. Refund Process

 

-Ask for a Refund: Ring up or email our help desk at [Insert Email Address] or [Insert Phone Number]. Give your booking details and why you are canceling.

 

- Wait Time: Your refund takes 14 work days to show up on your original payment method.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 Our tours have parts you can't get money back for:

   - Plane tickets without refunds.

   - Inn stays without refunds.

   - Extra stuff labeled "no refunds" when you book.

5. Changes to Booking

You should ring us soon if you want to switch up your booking - like the tour date or who's coming. We will see what's free, but it might cost you extra.

6. Partial Refunds

We might give you some cash back if part of the tour gets canned or you show up late or arrive early. We will look at each case on its own.

7. Special Circumstances

Give us a shout if something unexpected happens (like you end up in hospital or Mother Nature throws a fit). We will check it out and maybe give you some or all of your money back.
